- Secure Packaging: Every order is packed VERY safely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring your crafts arrive in perfect condition.

At Craft3D Family, we want you to love your custom 3D printed crafts. If not, our no-hassle policy makes it easy to return or exchange—here's how it works:
- 30-Day Window: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in good condition.
- Full Refund or Exchange: You'll get a full refund to your original payment method or a free exchange for a similar item—your choice.
- Easy Process: Contact us via our contact page or email with your order number and reason; we'll provide a prepaid return label if needed (for US customers).
- Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items; otherwise, you pay return shipping (we refund the product cost upon receipt).
- Exceptions: Custom or personalized items (e.g., with names) are non-returnable for refunds but eligible for exchanges or repairs if there's a quality issue.
